The Bevel Boss® cordless pipe beveler is a portable, battery-powered beveling machine designed for 2-inch diameter and larger plastic pipe. The tool's unique design provides a faster, safer, and more consistent way to prepare pipe for joining compared to manual or other power methods.
This lightweight, cordless power, router style pipe beveler trims small to large diameter plastic pipe, even in the ditch, and significantly reduces prep time when handling multiple sticks of pipe. It is widely used on PVC and CPVC pipe (including C900, Corzan® CPVC, Bionax® PVCO C909) as well as ABS. The adjustable bevel length, up to 1 inch, and required carbide Router Bits ensure smooth, efficient cuts.
Because it is battery-powered, the Bevel Boss® produces no fumes and is safe to use in confined spaces. A built-in guide plate eliminates guesswork and creates consistent bevels. Proper beveling protects gaskets from rough edges, improves cement joint strength through even distribution of solvent cement glue, and ensures reliable aboveground and underground pipe installations.
For added flexibility, REED offers Beveler Adapter Heads that fit Milwaukee®, Bosch®, or DeWalt® die grinders. Beveler adapters permit temporary conversion of the die grinder to serve as a beveler.
The Bevel Boss® also adapts for internal pipe shaping. Electrical and utility contractors use it to deburr conduit and plastic pipe interiors, creating snag-free pathways for running wires. For internal bevels on plastic pipe or conduit of 2-inch inside diameter (ID) or larger, add the REED beveler shroud with guide plate, CPBIDS.
NOTE: International users who source their own die grinder may need to change the collet on the die grinder in order to fit REED Router Bits.
