Reed offers a variety of steel pipe cutters, both with and without guides. Standard cutters without guides feature strong malleable iron frames. The wide rollers help create square cuts. These cutters work on steel, stainless steel, or cast iron pipe, depending on the installed cutter wheels. They use the thinnest cutter wheels made of high quality tool steel to make cutting easier and faster. The sharp cutter wheels allow shorter handles for work in smaller spaces. Steel pipe cutters leave no burr, which is great for threading jobs.
The 2-3 and 4-3 steel pipe cutter with three wheels (and no rollers) means more cutting surface and less handle swing. The 4" cutters come with a second handle which helps rotate the cutter around the pipe. Use of the second handle is optional.
