Saw It® Pneumatic Saw
SAWITSD with SAWITBG21 and Z2114
SAWITSD

Saw It® provides pneumatic power and reciprocating motion to blades. Saw improvements allow the tool to turn and work more freely, along with starting easier and running smoother. Reed offers blades to cut plastic, steel, stainless steel, and C900 PVC pipe.*

SAWITSD models feature:

  • Immediate shut down when you let go of the throttle.
  • Immediate start up when you squeeze the throttle.

Saw It® needs 6” clearance beyond the pipe to accommodate blade movement. Cuts up to 20” (500 mm) diameter pipe with a single setup. The Saw It® must have a means to hold it in place and the recommended Saw It® Vise (sold separately) fits 4” - 12” diameter pipe (up to 24” with chain extensions), and provides stability and safety for the cut. Saw It operates at 300 strokes/minute. Pneumatic saws are less likely to ignite materials than gas-powered saws and even some electrical-powered saws. However, the Saw It is not recommended for gas lines.

NOTE:
Always use a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) with Reed pneumatic tools like the Saw It®. Reed offers FRL #97591 for user convenience.

Why Reed?
This saw is safer and cuts straighter than a gas-powered chop saw. The Saw It® Vise allows the saw to pivot straight into the pipe, giving the operator better control over the cut. Used together, this saw is EASY to handle.
